| I am a graduate student of the Department of Physics & Astronomy of Ohio University. Currently however I am also a pre-doctoral fellow at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) working in residence at the NRAO Green Bank, WV site. Here is some information about how this has become possible. The NRAO is operated for the National Science Foundation (NSF) by Associated Universities, Inc. (AUI), under a cooperative agreement.
