I don't really believe in signs...
...but, I think I've just gotten a good cosmic nudge to finish up a certain something. So, in addition to knocking the necessities off the to-to list in the next two days, I'm probably going to be fairly incommunicado for the rest of the month as I work on getting a big project completed.
Busy, busy here at Oak Ledge.
And, well, a little crazy too. We now have a guest staying with us: a chipmunk! Mango trotted in with the little creature in his mouth this morning and now it's hunkered down in the bathroom/bedroom area. (Don't worry, there was no blood and it seemed to be scurrying around healthily.) I have no idea how we'll get it back outside: the bedroom is too small and cluttered to catch Chip (or is it Dale?) very easily. I might have to put the cats back on the case just so they can point me in the right direction. But, first, I must go under the house and dig out W's fishing net. Yeah, that should do it...
On both fronts--the project and the chipmunk hunt--wish me luck (though, well, I don't really believe in that either...but the thought would be nice).
