1. By completing Ph.D. program, I will be able to demonstrate my skills and knowledge in public broadcast network and find a public broadcast network model that is applicable in Cambodian context.
2. By completing Ph.D. program, I will be able to extend my skills and knowledge in media policy that can be used to operate pubic broadcast network effectively.
