I am junior at Ohio University majoring in public relations.  Ohio University has been a great experience for me, however I am beginning to look towards my future and career in the public relations field.  I am interested in obtaining an internship that would benefit not only my knowledge and personal growth in the field of public relations, but the best interests of your company or business as well.  I will graduate in the spring of 2002 from Ohio University with a degree in Journalism.

My resume reflects my best trait: leadership.  In many instances in my life I have been in positions where leadership is a very desired quality and I have succeeded in all areas.  I believe that with my experience in taking charge of certain situations in jobs and sports that I can easily step into your company and help out greatly.

I have been manager of summer help for three years at a major country club in Columbus.  I have been in charge of many different aspects including hiring, payroll, customer satisfaction, advertising, ordering the proper supplies and helping the country club expand its proud reputation.

My out of class experience in public relations is limited outside of what I have done for the country club.  I believe however, that I have a good foundation of knowledge in this field.  I can communicate very well with others and I enjoy using that to the companies advantage and my own.
