Also located on the Dupont web site are news bulletins, the annual report, financial information for investors, science information, information on Dupont's values and much more.   Dupont is a science company that was founded in 1802 as a gunpowder manufacturer; today Dupont operates in some 65 countries and has 92,000 employees.  1998 revenues were $24.8 billion and net returns of $4.7 billion.  47% of Dupont's sales are outside of the US.  CEO and Chairman of the Board is Chad Holiday, Dupont is located in Wilmington, DE 19898  Phone: (302) 774-1000

The Vault report also has a company profile with a view that is somewhat different that the typical wall street type reports.  This report spends a considerable amount of  time talking about the problems and soft issues.
