Housing information:

Some very inexpensive rooms have been reserved on the edge of campus at Bromley Hall which is as close as you can get to our meeting location and right in the downtown. Reservations for these rooms are made through us (a form can be sent along with your meeting registration form). These rooms are offered first-come, first-served with students having priority. Rooms are double rooms at a rate of $13.70 per person per night. Motels in Athens have rates correlated with the distance from campus (which is not a problem because parking is free and easy).

To request the Bromley Hall rooms use this HOUSING REQUEST FORM.

Please mail or fax the form to the address on the form by September 17th.

Here is a list of local motels:

Directions to Athens, Ohio and Ohio University

We know that "you can't hardly get here from there" but it is possible with our snappy online Directions to Athens. When you come to campus you can park for free (from Friday 3 PM through Sunday) around the "CONVO" which is the big basketball arena that looks like a huge flying saucer parked by the river. This is also the closest parking to the meeting venue in Irvine Hall. Signs will be posted to help you find your way on campus and to Irvine hall.
