A Word on H.O.R.S.E.

The primary focus of H.O.R.S.E. is to raise awareness of the unnecessary horse neglect and abuse that stems from the Racing Industry.  The First Annual H.O.R.S.E. Conference has been designed for TRF (Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation) which is an affiliate of NTRA (National Thoroughbred Racing Association).
Everyday horses are neglected by their owners and live in ill-fit conditions.  Other horses experience intentional abuse from their owners or caretakers.  Horses are denied necessities and murdered for insurance money.  These conditions are unjust, inhumane, and unacceptable.
It is time for the horse community to take action against these practices.  H.O.R.S.E. will educate the horse community and show you how to take action.  Our goal is to get as many people and organizations possible involved nationally in protecting horses.  Every hand helps, will you lend yours?
