Tony's Link Page!

This page will give you some useful links to other pages and also will give you more information on the subject of Relational Dialectics. This is not all of the research that is out there, this is just a few different links, which I hope will help broaden your view and help you understand the theory in it's entirety. The first link that I have chosen to include in this page is the actual textbook chapter 14. In this text there are many different views that Leslie Baxter and Barbara Montgomery discuss which are very interesting and insightful. If you area interested in taking a look at what they have to offer click here.

The second link that I have choosen to add to my links page is a slide presentation that has been put together to illustrate the views and aspects of this theory. This is much like my last link but I feel it is much easier to follow along and look at the different slides than the traditional textbook form. If you would like to view thisclick here.

The third link that I have chosen to put on this page is all about relating dialogues and dialectics. This chapter also talks about the three different monologues of closeness. this link has a lot of different ideas that closely relate to the Relational Dialectics theory. If you would like to take a look at this page click here.

My fourth link that I wish to share with you is much like the second link, because it is another slide presentation. Although there is a lot of different information in this presentation than the other one. This presentation was created by a different author. These are the views of Robert T. Craig, rather than Baxter and Montgomery like in the earlier link. If this interests you click here.

My fifth and final link is just a basic outline of the Relational Dialectics theory of Baxter and Montgomery. The outline shows the intimate relationship features as well as, Individuals in a state of mutual dependence and commitment. this link is pretty cut and dry. If you would like to gain some insight on this theory and further your knowledge of the Relational Dialectics theory click here.
