Racine Police Officer Russell Cera reaches to rescue a dog that had fallen through the ice on the Root River in Lincoln Park Tuesday afternoon, January 7, 2002. The dog was rescued and rushed to a veterinarian, after being in the water over 15 minutes. The condition of the dog in unknown.
