Welcome to Lisa Wigal-Dolle’s Web Page

My name is Lisa Wigal-Dolle. I was born and raised in Athens, Ohio. I graduated from Ohio University in 2004, with a degree in Retail Merchandising. I recently became interested in Astronomy. I’ve always found the idea of space stars and planets to be fascinating so I started researching as much as I could this past year. I frequent the NASA channel often and have been following every shuttle mission since January of 2006. I’m very excited about the New Horizons mission. This mission launched in January 2006. New Horizon's objective is to unlock one of the solar system's last, great secrets. The spacecraft will cross the orbits of all the planets from Earth to Neptune and fly by Pluto and Charon in July 2015. Pluto is the last unvisited planet in our Solar System.
