Johnny Simon is a Washington DC based photojournalist and a recent graduate of the School of Visual Communication at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. His work has been recognized by the Southern Short Course in News Photography, NoTxt Magazine, the Corcoran Gallery FOCUS on Photojournalism and his adoring parents.

He has previously worked for Gazette Newspapers in the Washington D.C. suburbs, The Nashua Telegraph in Nashua, New Hampshire and most recently for multimedia documentarian Brenda Ann Kenneally in Brooklyn, New York.
