Recently, I purchased my first laptop online without ever seeing it in person first!  I was browsing through the normal Google search results trying to find out information on the new Dell Laptops and IBM ThinkPad Lenovo T61 when I stumbled upon www.laptopbroker.com.  These people had the brand new T61 in a new sealed box for cheaper than it is on Lenovo’s website!  Seeing this made me worry, I didn’t think that this was even possible but after calling their toll free technical support line and speaking with their kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable customer support team, I decided to buy this laptop from them.

            Living only a few states away from Maryland (Laptop Broker’s location), I received my brand new ThinkPad T61 three days after I placed the order and couldn’t have been happier.  Unfortunately, there were no user manuals included but those were easily downloaded from the Lenovo website.  This laptop purchase was probably one of the smartest purchases I have ever made.  I got a brand new laptop with a full year warranty for cheaper than I could have through Lenovo themselves!

            After spending a few days playing with my new toy, I loved the unit but had a few more questions for Laptop Broker.  I went ahead and called the toll free number back and there team quickly helped me get the answers to all of my problems.  They still cared about me after I purchased the item!

            The site was easy it to use,  my questions were easily answered, the shipping was phenomenal, and the final product more than met my expectations.  Since then I have told all of my friends and family about Laptop Broker, my dad bought a Dell Laptop from LaptopBroker and loves his new laptop.  I felt that it was my responsibility to write this review to give something back to the people who have taken care of me and my technological needs.
