AUTHOR'S NOTE: This report is far from comprehensive. This is the best information 31OS has been able to gather during the operations of the past six months. Most pertinent is the information on the Kra 'Vak, which we have obtained during various contacts with the race known as the Sa'Vasku. The information on the capabilities of the naval units of various Human powers is being included strictly for reference value, although 31OS has been able to obtain information on new warship classes (namely the ESU's Slava class strike cruisers, which have recently begun to be widely deployed, and two new classes of Kra'Vak warships).

As commander of the 31st Operational Squadron, I realize the need for training between combat deployments. To help with this, this database will also contain training exercises (some historical, some fictional).
