AUTHORIZATION CONFIRMED: TRANSMISSION BEGINS

This section of the database provides data on the major warship classes serving the navy of the New Anglian Confederation. Some of these designs are also used by smaller navies, namely the Indonesian Commonwealth, Pan-African Union, and of course, Japan.

Just like our blue-water predecessors, the New Anglican Navy is a carrier force, and our warship design reflects this. Carriers form the backbone of our fleet, with other vessels acting in support of our carrier battle groups (CBG's). Many of our ships, such as theAegis class cruisers and Burke class destroyers were designed specifically to escort carriers. Although our fleet does have a large number of dreadnoughts and battleships, they most often act in support of CBG's.

Major New Anglian Warship Classes

It is important to note that this is not a comprehensive list of the ship types employed by the NAC. There are numerous other classes, not to mention one-off designs. However, the classes listed in this database are the most common classes used by the NAC (especially the Ticonderoga classes, which have also been widely exported). This list, (or any of the other lists) should NOT be taken as the end all of NAC fleet units.
