Unionville, Nevada

Unionville is in Pershing County 17 miles south of Mill City off of I-80 (exit 149).  Take Nevada 400 until it becomes dirt, and then follow a turn to the right after about 17 total miles from I-80.  The town is about 3 miles after the right turn.  It is still inhabited today.

Here's a photo of the same structure appearing on page 36 of Paher's 1993 book.  I would guess that this photo predates that considerably, given that the building's appearance is very similar to what it is in Florin's 1971 photo.
 

Here is the school in November 2001.  We could not get closer because it appears to now be on private property.
