These two are the identical twin sons of the legendary Ricky Nelson, and they were at the height of their very limited rock career at this point, having had a #1 song that hit the charts in August of 1990 ("Can't Live Without Your Love and Affection") and a #6 song that hit the charts in December of 1990 ("After the Rain"). This chart differed from the Hot 100 in that it relied more on radio airplay and less on record sales to determine chart position.
