My vast experience in application development includes eight years of experience with a public university and ten years experience working in a Research and Development division within the Semiconductor industry.  My technical expertise and formal education have helped me become an expert Systems Analyst who continually exceeds supervisor expectations and enjoys working in both a team and an individual environment.

 

 

EXPERIENCE

 


Senior Systems Analyst

·         Analyze, define, develop, test and install custom software to enhance the performance of the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships.

·         Design, develop, test and implement Oracle databases.  Utilize SQL, and PL/SQL to create statistics and perform database queries utilizing Oracle, PC and OS/390 environments.

·         Assist in the coding and implementation of a single sign on system that is necessary for web applications and the security configuration of the department Linux firewall and Apache web server.

·         Provide direction in applying new technologies that will support the University’s mission..

·         Analyze software to determine the need and impact of performing upgrades to software and hardware.

·         Create and maintain department website.

·         Supervision, performance evaluation and task assignment for 2-4 Application  Programmers and/or Graphic Designers.
