How long in advance do I need to contact you before I need your services?
We ask first time customers to contact us at least one week prior to the first visit. This ensures an adequate amount of time to arrange an in-home pet/owner consultation. This initial visit allows us to get to know you, your pet, fill out appropriate paperwork and to make sure all your questions about our services have been answered so you have peace of mind while you are away.
We ask repeat customers to contact us at least three days prior to the requested visit.

As a frequent customer, can you keep my key on file?
Yes! We understand the busy lives of many pet owners and our "Ready Key" program is ideal for those who travel frequently and for those who would like the convenience of having a key on file with us. Contact us for further information about the benefits and how to enroll in this program.
Do you charge a higher fee for holidays?
No. Your pets deserve quality care 365 days of the year
and holidays are no exception. We gladly provide the same care for your pet
during the holidays at no additional charge to you.
*Please note that holidays are an extremely busy time for our services. We advise
reserving the days you'll need our services further in advance.
What happens if I am unable to return from a trip on the time I specified?
Rest assured we are only a phone call away and will be
more than happy to continue caring for your pet until your return.
