As you may already know from reading my journal, I have had a difficult time getting standard medical treatment for PCOS. After realizing that if I was going to feel better I had to find my own treatment, I started looking into herbs. Since then, I have done extensive research on the effects of herbs on PCOS symptoms. Please understand that the information listed on these herbal pages are the results of that research. I do not claim that any of these treatments will work for every woman with PCOS. Read all information carefully some herbs have been known to cause miscarriages. The herbs that I have tried with success have asterisks beside them.
