Created a versitile yet standard brochure layout for all study abroad programs. Project involved interfacing between office staff and program directors. Other design work done on a case by case basis. Administrative work involved creating and maintaining a schedule for course registration of all study abroad participants. Trained and certified to register students on the Student Information System and in handling confidential information.

Winter 2003
Graphic Design Intern
Taller de Comunicación Gráfica, México City
Tasks included organizing bodies of work from local artists, collaborating with another designer on an artist catalog, and working in a group to develop an identity for Museo Casa Estudio Diego Rivera y Frida Kahlo. Clients of the firm included the Museo Rufino Tamayo, Museo Nacional del Virreinato, and the Centro Cultural de España.

Teaching Assistant

Assisted Professor Dan Walsh with tutorials in Macromedia Flash 5 and MX, answered student questions, and served as a technical assistant to the course. Course projects spanned creating simple animation loops up to basic Flash websites.

Responsible for the organized execution of a collaborative AIGA exhibition for about twenty participating designers. Worked with other officers to encourage more activity and enthusiasm in the group, which was in turn was granted unprecedented school funding.
