Research Interests
My research interests lie in the history and philosophy of the natural sciences. I have written on Aristotle’s logic and metaphysics, on the structure of evolutionary theory, and the role of indeterminacy in scientific theories generally. I am presently working on a book-length treatment of the metaphysics of substance in Aristotle’s biological writings.
