How to join Orvis

Joining Orvis is really very simple. A few quick steps and you'll be signed up in no time.
First, just email schvanckque. In the email, simply state why you wish to join. And the name you'd like to have your work listed under.

Next, your mail will be read and, in almost all circumstances, approved. If it is, you'll receieve an email, probably the next day, telling you that you're in Orvis. If not, you'll recieve an email tell you why you're not in Orvis.

And that's all! Once you're in, you're ready to start contributing. Any questions on that can be answered on the contribtuing page.

Remember, joining Orvis is not the same as joining the Orvis mailing list. So as to avoid spamming people, members don't automatically recieve the newsletter. If you want to get the newsletter (regardless of if you're a member) you'll have to sign up for it on the Orvis Chronicles Newsletter page.
