This site is a professional information source that I will be maintaining. Currently, I am completing my doctoral candidacy at Ohio University and pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational psychology. My academic background is rooted in psychology and business, and my primary research interests focus on psychometrics including issues related to construct validity and applied statistics, organizational attraction, retention, and turnover. Currently, I am working on several lines of research as well as a dissertation focusing on possible antecedents of dysfunctional turnover under the direction of Dr. Rodger Griffeth.
