Avoid using all caps
EVEN IN TITLES, ALL CAPS SHOULD NOT BE USED. CAPS ARE HARDER TO READ BECAUSE ALL THE LETTERS ARE THE SAME HEIGHT. USING ALL CAPS ELIMINATES THE VISUAL CUES THAT ARE PROVIDED BY DIFFERENT SIZED LETTERS.
