GOVERNMENT:

Saudi Arabia is an Islamic state based on principles prescribed by the Qur'an, the holy book of Islam, and the Shari'ah, Islamic law. The government structure consists of a Council of Ministers, a Provincial Council System and Majlis Al-Shoura (Consultative Council). There are 21 government ministries:
