Brewer's Yeast
Brewer's Yeast is a good source of Chromium and has been studied extensively for its medicinal properties. Chromium works at lower insulin levels and fighting diabetes. It is also high in B vitamins and protein.

Acne: Because Brewer's Yeast is a good source of B vitamins, it is especially good for fighting acne.
